Honing Oil is suitable for machining of operations, like turning, drilling, tapping etc. of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys where non-staining type light coloured and low viscosity oil is useful very good surface finish.

The oil shows excellent metal cutting (tapping efficiency), load properties (weld load) and cooling efficiency. The oil can also be used for other heavy duty metal cutting operations (tapping, reaming, gear cutting, drilling etc) with or without any dilution.

Semi-synthetic cutting fluids excel in cooling and lubrication, significantly enhancing tool life and allowing for increased cutting speeds. Their unique formulation enables efficient heat dissipation, reducing the risk of thermal damage to the workpiece.

Cutting fluid is applied to the grinding zone to limit the heat generation. The fluid accomplishes this by reducing the amount of friction in the grinding zone through its lubrication properties. It also reduces heat by conducting some of the energy into the fluid instead of the workpiece.

Heavy-duty water-soluble cutting fluids are widely used in the machining operation of high tensile stainless steel and nickel-chromium alloys on automats, drilling/reaming, gear cutting, and thread cutting machines.

Carol's Water Soluble Cutting Oil is a heavy duty, premium quality soluble oil blended from refined mineral oil, emulsifier and other additives. The oil mixes readily with water and forms a homogeneous stable milky white emulsion. It contains a rust inhibitor in an emulsified form to give its effective anti-corrosion properties and it also incorporates special biocides to prevent bacterial growth, increases the coolant life and prevents unpleasant odors. This oil has a superior Cooling and Lubricating properties, which imparts excellent surface finish and extends the tool life. The oil should be added to the water for the stable emulsion.

Carol Neatcut (Neat Cutting Oil) is the product formulated from highly refined mineral oil, fat and active sulphur. The presence of active sulphur enables the oil film to withstand at high cutting pressures and provides excellent lubrication. The medium viscosity product ensures high degree of heat dissipation and efficient swarf removal. The presence of free sulphur makes the product unsuitable for use on cuprous metals.
